Optimize Your WordPress Website With Yoast SEO Plugins

I’ve been a longtime user of the free Yoast SEO plugin and I’ve been starting to utilize more and more of their premium extensions. I’m not alone. Over five million WordPress website owners use Yoast SEO too!

But are these users truly helping their SEO? In most cases no, but it’s not the plugin’s fault.

I would estimate that 95% of my SEO or website audit clients have the Yoast SEO plugin installed, but the implementation is far from complete and the actual on-page SEO usage is haphazard as best.

Because of this ongoing issue, I thought I would spend some time walking through the free SEO plugin in a training webinar.

In this SEO webinar, I walked through the free Yoast SEO plugin to review setting options, usage within pages and posts, as well as common mistakes that can be easily fixed and eliminated.

And best of all – I highlighted the key features that you need to do worry about.

This is so helpful. Thank you. Most of my small sites still use the free plugin. It’s hard to get professional advice on it since most pros recommend the upgrade.

Thanks for the heads up Sheryl. Appreciate you having my back on the URL issue. =)

People think that you install the Yoast plugin and then your site is automatically optimized…

They couldn’t be further from the truth! The plugin is the foundation, you still have to build the house afterwards 🙂 Meaning optimizing each page, setting up the correct meta info etc

    Thanks for sharing Rebecca.

If there were 100 star rating I would leave 110. I have been building WordPress sites now full time for 7 years and in business for 12 and have never worked with such a solid company .
