Timothy comes with six different color options, utilizes a widgetized home page, and includes a flexible rotator as well as call to action boxes designed specifically for the real estate industry.
This WordPress real estate template is pre-styled for the AgentPress Listings, dsIDXpress, and Simple Real Estate Pack plugins. Other IDX plugins may be used as needed.
Timothy is built with HTML5 and it supports schema. The child theme is responsive so it is mobile friendly and will automatically adapt to optimize the user experience on popular mobile devices such as the iPhone or iPad.
The Man Behind the Name
Our Timothy theme is named after my uncle Timmy. While growing up with my grandparents, Timmy moved in with us during the years he was fighting cancer. He lost his fight to cancer when I was sixteen and he was in his thirties. He was the first close relative I lost as a child and one that stuck with me because I always viewed his passing as such a loss.
My uncle Timmy was very intelligent and always felt like a gentle giant to me. He was a wonderful father to my nieces and I wish the little girls had know their father more prior to his passing.
Today these two little girls are grown and they have children of their own. I see my uncle in his grandchildren and I am always happy that a little bit of him is still with us.
