Send Us Your Logo

You’ll send our team a high resolution image of your logo and we’ll upload your logo and customize the theme to have your logo nicely fit within with the website’s header.

Pick Out Your Stock Images

Most website templates have stock images displayed in the website’s home page. As a small business owner, you really want these images to represent you. Don’t worry, you can find nice stock images for only a few dollars each. Start browsing images ->

Send Us Your Content

As we move through the set up process, we’ll ask you to send us content via email. You provide your desired text within Microsoft Word and we’ll get it added to the website. Each package includes ten pages of content entry.

Sign Up for Website Hosting

You’ll need a hosting account. We highly suggest WP Engine or SiteGround. SiteGround has great entry level hosting and WP Engine has an awesome staging area for us to build the website. If you have alternate hosting already in place, we can use that if they support WordPress.

Review and Approve Your New Website

Once we have everything from you, we’ll get it all set up within WordPress and have you review the final project. Once you approve the change, we’ll move your move your website to production. That’s it! We’ll do everything else. We’ve tried to make the process as easy as possible so that you can worry about running your business and we can worry about building your website.

Here’s What You Get

  • Installation of the website template.
  • Installation and configuration of theme plugins to mimic theme demo.
  • Installation and configuration of Yoast SEO.
  • Home page and sidebar configuration to match theme demo.
  • Header edited to include your website name or existing logo.
  • Custom color scheme created to match your exiting logo if needed.
  • Images configured and added rotator. This includes a maximum of five slides, resizing of all images for slider, and configuration of slider settings. Images to be provided by client.
  • Content entry for ten pages.
  • Contact page set up to include address, contact form, and Google map (if desired).

  • Sharing buttons added to blog posts.
  • XML sitemap creation.

Will my new website be mobile friendly?

The majority of our themes are mobile friendly. Just look for the word “responsive” in the product description to verify your desired theme will adapt for tablets and phones.

What if I don’t have a logo?

If you don’t have a logo, you can use the default text logo within the website template.

What image size do I buy?

Once you pick out your theme and purchase the service, we’ll tell you the exact image size to purchase. You’ll send it over and we’ll resize it to fit the rotator perfectly.

What happens to my existing website while you build the new one?

If you use WP Engine for hosting, we can create the website in their “staging area”. This will allow us to work and not touch your website until we are ready to go live. If you have an existing website that needs to stay live while we work on the new one, we can provide a development server to use for building out the new website and we’ll move everything to your URL at go-live. There is a surcharge of $250 for this additional service.

Does this package include e-Commerce or LMS set up as well?

e-Commerce and LMS (training) plugins are a bit more involved. We can add e-commerce or LMS for a surcharge if the theme is already styled for such usage. If this is the route you’d like to take, it would best to verify your needs to the theme prior to purchasing this service.
